Contract Duration: 3months (Temp – Perm)

Weekly pay

Pay rate: $23/hr

Qualifications: Proposed work days and times: {Monday-Friday 1:30PM- 10PM] Training hours may differ. ***Subject to change with some variation of possible rotation, weekends, nights, OT. Approx. [100 Miles] travel range. Primary work location [Plymouth NH, 03264 and other towns and cities - expanding out additional 20 miles as it is not a major city]. 100% travel within territory assigned.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site support and maintenance for our customers' equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge, computer hardware expertise, and strong problem-solving skills.

You are responsible for:
-Performing maintenance on ATMs (e.g., card reader, printer, reset and test devices, etc.). Electro mechanical repair.
-Performing basic installation functions (e.g., set up and test equipment, pulling cables, mounting devices, installing locks)
-Performing technical fixes such as clearing paper jams, card jams, bill jams, etc.
-Inspecting products for correct operation and resolving noted issues and/or escalating according to established procedures
-Prioritizing and planning service calls
-Works within a team environment, completes all required paperwork, manages, and maintains service parts inventory
-Contacting the customer with the estimated time of arrival
-Working with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and understanding of product functionality
-Following key/alarm/combination control processes in assigned area of responsibility

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $22.50 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
